ABOUT OUR PROCESS
1. Initial Consultation
We start with a personalized health assessment — including your weight loss goals, current medications, and lab work to check hormone and metabolic levels.
2. Customized Program
If Ozempic® is right for you, we’ll create a plan around your lifestyle, dose tolerance, and long-term health goals.
3. Delivery & Treatment
We’ll manage your prescription with NovoCare, including submitting the order, adjusting dosages, and providing lifestyle support. We don’t dispense the medication ourselves — instead, NovoCare will bill you separately (typically $499/month).
4. Follow Up
You’ll check in with us regularly for weight tracking, symptom review, and lab work. You’ll also receive B-12 injections and nutritional counseling as part of your $150 monthly management fee.
Doctor’s Note: Dr. Menendez on GLP-1s
“By now, we have all heard that GLP-1 agonists are revolutionizing health, with their impressive benefits in weight loss and diabetes control. But studies show their impact goes far beyond that: lowering stroke and heart attack risk by 20%, improving liver function (FDA-approved for fatty liver disease in 2025), and even suggesting protection against dementia. Research also confirms GLP-1s reduce inflammation, support joint health, and guard against oxidative stress, cellular senescence, and inflammation — what scientists call the ‘Three Horsemen of Aging.’ These benefits occur independently of weight loss, which is why I personally take — and recommend — a low dose GLP-1 for overall health.”
